目的：探讨甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2012年4～12月来院接受2型糖尿病治疗的患者60例，随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，其中观察组患者采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍进行治疗，对照组患者采用诺和灵N联合二甲双胍进行治疗，分别以2组患者治疗的血糖情况、胰岛功能及低血糖发生率作为观察指标。结果观察组患者治疗后的血糖情况明显优于对照组患者；观察组患者治疗后的胰岛功能明显优于对照组患者；观察组患者低血糖发生率明显低于对照组患者，上述差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍可有效的改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖情况和胰岛功能，且用药过程中患者出现低血糖的概率较低，疗效安全、可靠，具有推广应用价值。
목적：탐토감정이도소연합이갑쌍고재2형당뇨병림상치료중적응용개치。방법선취2012년4～12월래원접수2형당뇨병치료적환자60례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조각30례，기중관찰조환자채용감정이도소연합이갑쌍고진행치료，대조조환자채용낙화령N연합이갑쌍고진행치료，분별이2조환자치료적혈당정황、이도공능급저혈당발생솔작위관찰지표。결과관찰조환자치료후적혈당정황명현우우대조조환자；관찰조환자치료후적이도공능명현우우대조조환자；관찰조환자저혈당발생솔명현저우대조조환자，상술차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론감정이도소연합이갑쌍고가유효적개선2형당뇨병환자적혈당정황화이도공능，차용약과정중환자출현저혈당적개솔교저，료효안전、가고，구유추엄응용개치。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of insulin glargine combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes .Methods From April to December 2012 ,in our hospital ,60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,each of 30 cases.The observation group were treated with insulin glargine and metformin ,and patients in control group were treated with Novolin N combined with metform-in.The blood glucose ,pancreatic islet function and the incidence of hypoglycemia of 2 groups were as observed indexes .Re-sults The blood glucose condition and pancreatic islet function in the observation were significantly better than those of the control group;the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with metformin can ef-fectively improve the blood glucose and pancreatic function of patients with type 2 diabetes ,and is safety and reliable ,with low-er incidence rate of hypoglycemia ,which is worthy of popularization and application .
