中国和印度作为世界上最大的留学生输出国，在留学目的地选择、留学生规模、留学生回流等方面均具有一定共性。中印两国留学生都以美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、德国等欧美发达国家为主要留学目的国，而由于历史文化差异，中国留学生更倾向于选择日本和韩国，印度留学生更倾向于选择英联邦国家。近年来，随着两国经济的快速发展以及国内用人环境的不断优化，两国留学生均出现大规模回流。为吸引更多海外高端人才回流，中国可借鉴印度的成功经验，建立“科学人才库”、创设“海外华人日”、增加海外留学生的祖国认同感和自豪感，制定适合本国国情的留学生回流政策。
중국화인도작위세계상최대적류학생수출국，재류학목적지선택、류학생규모、류학생회류등방면균구유일정공성。중인량국류학생도이미국、영국、오대리아、가나대、덕국등구미발체국가위주요류학목적국，이유우역사문화차이，중국류학생경경향우선택일본화한국，인도류학생경경향우선택영련방국가。근년래，수착량국경제적쾌속발전이급국내용인배경적불단우화，량국류학생균출현대규모회류。위흡인경다해외고단인재회류，중국가차감인도적성공경험，건립“과학인재고”、창설“해외화인일”、증가해외류학생적조국인동감화자호감，제정괄합본국국정적류학생회류정책。
As the most largest countries of overseas students,China and India have some similarities in choosing studying re-gions,students numbers and students returnees.Chinese and Indian students prefer to US,UK,Austrilia,Canada,Germany, which are developed countries for further study.Therefore,due to historic and cultural gap,Chinese students would like to go abroad to Japan and Korea rather than Indian students,Indian students would like to choose British commonwealth of nations when considering studying abroad.Recently,with the rapid development of economics of both China and India and improve-ment of talent market of those two countries,it appears more and more Chinese and Indian overseas students decide to return to their motherland for better opportunities.In order to attract more overseas high-level talents,Chinese government could take example by successful experiences of India,build “Scientific Talent Pool”,establish “Overseas Chinese Day”,and increase overseas students’native identity and national pride,finally,make the proper policy of introduction of Chinese overseas return-ees which is fit for our national conditions.
