目的：观察中西医结合防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选取门诊及住院患者共98例，所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例。2组均在急性感染期病情控制后，对照组给予中药黄芪颗粒口服，治疗组在对照组用药相同的基础上加用五味赖氨酸颗粒口服治疗。结果治疗组总有效率93．88％显著高于对照组的77．55％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗组治疗后血清IgG水平与治疗前比较均明显升高（P＜0．05），且治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论中西医结合防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效好，值得推广。
목적：관찰중서의결합방치소인반복호흡도감염적료효。방법선취문진급주원환자공98례，소유환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각49례。2조균재급성감염기병정공제후，대조조급여중약황기과립구복，치료조재대조조용약상동적기출상가용오미뢰안산과립구복치료。결과치료조총유효솔93．88％현저고우대조조적77．55％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。치료조치료후혈청IgG수평여치료전비교균명현승고（P＜0．05），차치료조명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론중서의결합방치소인반복호흡도감염료효호，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of children recurrent respiratory tract infection .Methods 98 cases of outpatients and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,each of 49 cases.After the disease in the period of acute infection was controlled ,the control group was given compound lysine granules for treatment ,while the treatment group was add-ed with traditional Chinese medicine radix astragali granule for oral treatment .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.88%,which was higher than 77.55% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ) .The serum IgG levels of treatment groap after treatment increased markedly compared with before treatment ( P <0.05 );and the treatment group was better than that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better in the prevention and treatment of children recurrent respiratory tract infection ,which is worthy of promotion .
