目的：分析并探讨米索前列醇与复方萘普生栓联合疗法在绝经后取环术中的应用价值。方法选取200例绝经妇女在我处行取环术妇，将其按照随机的方式列入观察组与对照组，每组各为100例。术前观察组研究对象应用米索前列醇与复方萘普生栓的联合疗法，对照组则未使用该疗法。对比分析两组患者的取环情况和不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者的取环情况要显著优于对照组患者，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论在绝经后取环术中，米索前列醇与复方萘普生栓的联合疗法的应用价值显著。
목적：분석병탐토미색전렬순여복방내보생전연합요법재절경후취배술중적응용개치。방법선취200례절경부녀재아처행취배술부，장기안조수궤적방식렬입관찰조여대조조，매조각위100례。술전관찰조연구대상응용미색전렬순여복방내보생전적연합요법，대조조칙미사용해요법。대비분석량조환자적취배정황화불량반응적발생정황。결과관찰조환자적취배정황요현저우우대조조환자，비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；량조환자균무불량반응발생。결론재절경후취배술중，미색전렬순여복방내보생전적연합요법적응용개치현저。
Objective To analyze and evaluate misoprostol and Compound Naproxen Suppositories combination therapy value of intraoperative application of ring in postmenopausal women. Methods Selected 200 cases of postmenopausal women for removal of IUD,seperated them into observation group and control group at random,each group consist of 100 cases. Combination therapy were used in observation group research object of misoprostol and compound naproxen suppository before operation,while the control group did not use the therapy. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients taking ring out and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results The observation group were significantly better than the control group of patients,there was a statistical y significant difference in the comparison of significance(P<0.05),the two group patients had no adverse reaction. Conclusion In removal of IUD in the operation,the application value of combined therapy with misoprostol and Compound Naproxen Suppositories is worthy of being promoted widely.
