目的：研究短暂性脑缺血发作应用氯吡格雷治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年11月～2013年11月间收治的短暂性脑缺血发作患者31例，对照组应用阿司匹林口服治疗，治疗组应用氯吡格雷口服治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果经过治疗，治疗组总有效率（93.33%）与对照组（75.00%）比较相对较高，不良反应无明显差异，两组患者治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论短暂性脑缺血发作应用氯吡格雷治疗效果良好，安全性高。

목적：연구단잠성뇌결혈발작응용록필격뢰치료적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년11월～2013년11월간수치적단잠성뇌결혈발작환자31례，대조조응용아사필림구복치료，치료조응용록필격뢰구복치료，비교량조치료효과。결과경과치료，치료조총유효솔（93.33%）여대조조（75.00%）비교상대교고，불량반응무명현차이，량조환자치료효과차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론단잠성뇌결혈발작응용록필격뢰치료효과량호，안전성고。
Objective The clinical effect of clopidogrel in treatment of transient ischemic attack is to be observed. Methods Chose 31 patients suffering from transient ischemic attack who were treated in hospital from November 2012 to November 2013. Patients in control group were given aspirin oral medicine treatment; while patients in study group were given clopidogrel medicine treatment,and then compared treatment efficacy of the two groups. Results After treatment,the comparative result showed that the treatment efficacy in study group(93.33%)was much higher than that in control group(75.00%),but there was no differential between two groups with regarding to side-effect incidence; meanwhile,there was a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel is of favorable effect in treatment of transient ischemic attack with medical safety.
