采用浸渍法和索氏提取法提取柑橘皮中的黄色素,确定其最佳工艺条件。结果表明,浸渍法的最佳工艺条件是:以95%乙醇为提取剂,50℃浸渍3次,每次5h,共需15h;以相同的提取溶剂和稀释倍数,采用索氏提取法,在95℃水浴温度下,只需回流2h,就能优于浸渍法的提取效果。

To determine the optimum process conditions of extracting the yellow pigment from orange peel , we used two method of im-pregnation and soxhlet extraction in this articel .The results showed that the optimum conditions of impregnation method was for 3 times at 50℃dipping,5h each time,amounted to 15h,using 95%ethanol as extraction agent .The extraction effect of soxhlet extaction was better than impregnation menthod with the same extraction solvent and dilution ,simply returning 2h at 95℃water bath temperature .
