Application of orthogonal design in primary culture of Ivy Stems was studied .Range analysis and Duncan's new multiple range method were applied in results analysis .The optimum hormone treatment of inducing axillary buds germination through ivy stems was BA 1.0 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.
