青岛市自2011年起全面开展用水总量监测工作,2013年被确定为全国水文系统用水总量监测示范市。经过3年多的探索与实践,构建了“市-县-镇-村”的监测体系,形成了一整套系统的取用水户取用水量监测与统计的方法,摸索出了一条符合青岛实际的用水总量监测工作新路子,为全国用水总量监测工作的开展提供了示范。

청도시자2011년기전면개전용수총량감측공작,2013년피학정위전국수문계통용수총량감측시범시。경과3년다적탐색여실천,구건료“시-현-진-촌”적감측체계,형성료일정투계통적취용수호취용수량감측여통계적방법,모색출료일조부합청도실제적용수총량감측공작신로자,위전국용수총량감측공작적개전제공료시범。
Qingdao city since 2011 to carry out comprehensive monitoring of total amount of water, was identified in 2013 as a national demonstration city of the total water hydrology monitoring system. Through the exploration and practice of more than 3 years, monitoring system construction of “city - County - town - village”, has formed a complete set of system method users take water monitoring and statistics, explored a new way for monitoring of total amount of water work in line with the actual Qingdao, serving as a model for developing the amount of the national water monitoring work.
