From the survey results of primary and secondary school buildings in villages,the paper analyzes the main factors affecting the durability of masonry structure,and analyzes the effect of durability to seis-mic impact.It points out the important role of durability design and testing for safety of primary and sec-ondary school buildings in villages,and put forward recommendations of durability design and testing.
