This paper study from the standpoint of assuming of there is no"students are serious learners", which establish a con-ceptual model of online learning behavior regulation to the concept of network learning behavior, network learning behavior regulation mechanisms, and network learning behavior diagnosis were analyzed. And propose specific recommendations to network learning behav-ior from provide feedback learning, learning activities design, self-regulation promotion as well as other aspects.
