目的：探讨微创钢板内固定治疗尺骨骨折的效果研究。方法选取2013年6月～2014年10月我院接诊的47例尺骨骨折患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组和对照组，实验组采用微创钢板内固定治疗，对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗优良率、功能恢复率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论微创钢板内固定治疗尺骨骨折的效果显著，治疗优良率高，感染率低，降低并发症的发生率。

목적：탐토미창강판내고정치료척골골절적효과연구。방법선취2013년6월～2014년10월아원접진적47례척골골절환자，안조입원적선후순서분위량조，실험조화대조조，실험조채용미창강판내고정치료，대조조채용절개복위내고정치료，관찰량조환자적치료효과。결과실험조환자적치료우량솔、공능회복솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론미창강판내고정치료척골골절적효과현저，치료우량솔고，감염솔저，강저병발증적발생솔。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of minimal invasive approach of plate fixation in treatment of ulnar fracture. Methods Chose 47 cases of ulnar fracture patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014,and separated them into study group and control group according to their hospitalization sequence. Patients in study group were given minimal invasive treatment of plate fixation,while other patients in control group were open reduction and internal fixation treatment. And then observed and compared to the treatment efficacies of two groups. Results Patients in study group had much higher excellent treatment rate and functional recovery rate,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Ulnar Fracture with minimal Invasive Approach of Plate Fixation is rather worthy to be clinical promoted for efficient treatment,high excellent treatment rate and low infectious incidence and reducing complication incidence.
