师生在e-learning环境中所面临的信息过载问题由来已久,将信息以可视化方式呈现能减轻用户认知负荷、增强对信息的感知,是解决以上问题的重要突破口。该文首先界定了e-learning系统中可视化技术的内涵,然后针对国内实践研究的不足,采用文献研究法剖析了国外相关研究现状,重点对用户模型、在线交互、学生跟踪数据、学习过程可视化工具进行梳理,分析其可视化机制。最后提出可视化技术应用在e-learning系统中未来值得关注的研究方向有:用户模型功能一体化研究、预测模型构建研究、混合学习过程可视化研究、思维过程可视化研究,研究结果以期为国内开发本土化可视化工具的实践研究提供参考借鉴。

Teachers and students have been facing information overload problem in the e-learning environment for a long time. Information visualization can effectively reduce the users' cognitive load and enhance the perception of information, which is an impor-tant breakthrough to solve above problems. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of visualization technology in e-learning system. Then for the lack of domestic practice research, this paper adopts literature research methods to dissect foreign related research status, focus on user model, online interaction, students trace data, learning process visualization tools and analyze their visualization mecha-nism. Finally we propose the future research direction about the application of visualization technology in e-learning system from the following four aspects:the function integration study of user model, the building of prediction model, blended learning process visual-ization study, thinking process visualization study. The research results aim to provide some reference to domestic practice research a-bout the development of localization visualization tools.
