采用实验研究和调查研究方法，探讨不同媒体组合呈现方式对高职院校学生在多媒体学习环境下学习效果的作用与影响，结果表明：在多媒体学习环境下，图文隔开组合、图文临近组合、图声组合和单一文字组合这四种媒体类型组合方式对大学生学习效果均会产生不同影响；图声组合、图文组合均优于单一文字组合，图声组合优于图文组合，图声组合对大学生而言是最好的多媒体组合呈现方式，在多媒体教学环境中，合理安排媒体呈现方式有助于学习者获取学习内容，提高学习效率。

The paper uses the methods of experimental researching and survey researching to discuss the influence of different pres-entation mode of media combinations on the Higher Vocational College Students' learning effect in the multimedia learning environment. The research results that:the picture-text separated by combination, the picture-text near combination, the picture-sound combi-nation, and the pure text combination effect would have various impact on the college students' learning effect;the picture-sound com-bination, picture-text combination are better than the pure text combination, and the picture-sound combination is better than the picture-text combination;the picture-sound combination is the best presentation for college students. This study provides the refer-ence for choosing the right modes of media's combination in teaching.
