目的：对参附强心颗粒在心衰治疗中的临床效果进行探究。方法选取我院心内科门诊于2012年11月～2014年9月收治的100例心衰患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例患者，对照组患者采用西医标准化治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上增加参附强心颗粒进行治疗。结果对两组患者的临床症状和治疗效果进行对比分析，采用西医标准化治疗的对照组治疗总有效率为84%，加用参附强心颗粒治疗的观察组治疗总有效率为94%。观察组的治疗效果优于对照组，结果对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论参附强心颗粒对于治疗心衰有着良好的治疗效果。
목적：대삼부강심과립재심쇠치료중적림상효과진행탐구。방법선취아원심내과문진우2012년11월～2014년9월수치적100례심쇠환자，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각50례환자，대조조환자채용서의표준화치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상증가삼부강심과립진행치료。결과대량조환자적림상증상화치료효과진행대비분석，채용서의표준화치료적대조조치료총유효솔위84%，가용삼부강심과립치료적관찰조치료총유효솔위94%。관찰조적치료효과우우대조조，결과대비차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론삼부강심과립대우치료심쇠유착량호적치료효과。
Objective The clinical efficacy of Shenfuqiangxin particles in treatment of cardiac failure is to be investigated. Methods Chose 100 patients with cardiac failure treated in our hospital from November 2012 to September 2014 and separatedthem into control group and study group randomly with 50 patients in each group. 50 patients in control group were given standardized western medicine treatment,while 50 patients in study group were given additional Shenfuqiangxin particles treatment. Results Observe and compare the treatment efficiency of the two groups,the result showed that the treatment efficiency in control group was up to 84%,while the counterpart in study group was up to 94%; the treatment efficiency in study group was much higher than control group,there was a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenfuqiangxin particles are quite efficient in treatment of cardiac failure.
