目的：研究人工假体置换治疗骨肿瘤的效果。方法搜集2013年6月～2014年6月我院接收的骨肿瘤38例患者，按照不同治疗方法进行分组。研究组19例治疗方法为人工假体置换，对照组19例治疗方法为常规重建。观察两组临床疗效，并对比。结果研究组评分较高，优良率较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论人工假体置换术治疗骨肿瘤效果较好。
목적：연구인공가체치환치료골종류적효과。방법수집2013년6월～2014년6월아원접수적골종류38례환자，안조불동치료방법진행분조。연구조19례치료방법위인공가체치환，대조조19례치료방법위상규중건。관찰량조림상료효，병대비。결과연구조평분교고，우량솔교고，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론인공가체치환술치료골종류효과교호。
Objective To research on artificial prosthesis replacement for the treatment of bone tumors. Methods Gathered 38 cases of bone tumor patients in our receiving from June 2013 to June 2014,grouped these cases according to the different treatment. 19 cases of artificial prosthesis replacement as treatment group,19 cases of conventional reconstruction as the control group. Observed and contrasted two groups of clinical curative effect. Results It had statistical significance(P<0.05),for higher team score ,higher excel ent and bigger difference. Conclusion Artificial prosthesis replacement treatment of bone tumors can be promoted,because of its good effect.
