    Investigating and analyzing the status of talent demand of Henan Province food business ,discussing the application of “topic learning method ” in characteristic talent and innovative talents cultivation of food specialty and combining the characteristic and talent training of food specialty of Xinyang College of Agriculture and Forestry , all this provides a new way of how to train practical food engi-neering talents .
