目的：探讨山莨菪碱联合抗生素及补液治疗急性肠炎25例临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的急性肠炎患者25例，作为研究对象。依据随机原则将急性肠炎患者分为治疗组13例和对照组12例，对照组：对患者使用山莨菪碱药物肌肉注射治疗。治疗组：在对照组的基础之上联合抗生素及补液进行治疗。结果比较两组临床疗效，得出治疗组总有效率（100%）高于对照组（58.3%），指标的组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采取山莨菪碱联合抗生素及补液对患者进行治疗可以提高疗效，有效地抑制了转化为慢性肠炎的可能，患者健康得到保障，而且在治疗过程中没有明显的不良反应。
목적：탐토산랑탕감연합항생소급보액치료급성장염25례림상료효。방법선취아원수치적급성장염환자25례，작위연구대상。의거수궤원칙장급성장염환자분위치료조13례화대조조12례，대조조：대환자사용산랑탕감약물기육주사치료。치료조：재대조조적기출지상연합항생소급보액진행치료。결과비교량조림상료효，득출치료조총유효솔（100%）고우대조조（58.3%），지표적조간차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채취산랑탕감연합항생소급보액대환자진행치료가이제고료효，유효지억제료전화위만성장염적가능，환자건강득도보장，이차재치료과정중몰유명현적불량반응。
Objective To investigate the effect of anisodamine combined with antibiotics and rehydration therapy clinical analysis of 25 cases of acute enteritis. Methods 25 patients with acute enteritis cases were selected,as the research object. Patients were randomly divided into acute enteritis treatment group 13 cases and control group 12 cases,control group: the patients using anisodamine medicine intramuscular injection treatment. Treatment group: on the basis of the control group were treated combined with antibiotic and fluid replacement. Results The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared, obtained the total effective rate in the treatment group(100%)than that in the control group the total effective rate(58.3%),the difference was statistical y significant indices between group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of anisodamine combined with antibiotics and fluid infusion for the treatment of patients can significantly improve the curative effect,effectively inhibit into a chronic enteritis patients may,health is guaranteed,and in the course of treatment had no obvious adverse reactions.
