目的：观察缺血性脑血管病的临床表现以及临床效果。方法盲选分析医院从2012年11月～2013年9月收治的68例缺血性脑血管疾病患者，1：1划为两组，甲组34例接受常规治疗，乙组34例接受尼莫地平片治疗，对比治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者的平均血流速度、临界压力以及临床治疗有效率对比，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论缺血性脑血管疾病患者接受尼莫地平片治疗，疗效显著。
목적：관찰결혈성뇌혈관병적림상표현이급림상효과。방법맹선분석의원종2012년11월～2013년9월수치적68례결혈성뇌혈관질병환자，1：1화위량조，갑조34례접수상규치료，을조34례접수니막지평편치료，대비치료효과。결과치료후량조환자적평균혈류속도、림계압력이급림상치료유효솔대비，P<0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론결혈성뇌혈관질병환자접수니막지평편치료，료효현저。
Objective To observe clinical symptoms and effect of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Blind chose 68 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated in our institutes from from November 2012 to September 2013,divided average into two groups, 34 cases of them underwent conventional treatment,the other accepted Nimodipine Tablets treatment,and compared the treatment effects. Results There was the statistical significance,P<0.05,with significant differences,compared to the average blood flow velocities,critical pressures and clinical treatment efficiencies of two groups. Conclusion The effect is remarkable with Nimodipine Tablets treated ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
