目的：分析益气养阴复方治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：收集我院2013年2月—2014年4月期间门诊住院病人的86例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为试验组（44例）与对照组（42例），对照组患者采用格列齐特、二甲双胍等常规西药治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加用中药益气养阴复方治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果：研究结果显示，试验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中药益气养阴复方治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病具有良好的临床疗效。
목적：분석익기양음복방치료기음량허형2형당뇨병적림상료효。방법：수집아원2013년2월—2014년4월기간문진주원병인적86례기음량허형2형당뇨병환자작위연구대상，수궤분위시험조（44례）여대조조（42례），대조조환자채용격렬제특、이갑쌍고등상규서약치료，시험조재대조조적기출상가용중약익기양음복방치료，대량조환자적치료효과진행분석대비。결과：연구결과현시，시험조환자적치료효과명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：중약익기양음복방치료기음량허형2형당뇨병구유량호적림상료효。
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin compound on type 2 diabetes of qi and yin deficiency. Methods:86 patients with type 2 diabetes of qi and yin deficiency admitted by our hospital from February 2013 to April 2014 year were randomly divided into the experiment group (44 cases) and control group (42 cases). patients in the control group were given Diamicron, metformin and other conventional western medicine. Patients in the experimental group, on basis of medicine given to the control group, were given Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin compound. The curative effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin compound has good clinical curative effect on type 2 diabetes of qi and yin deficiency.
