目的：观察补阳还五汤配合针灸在治疗脑中风后遗症中的治疗效果。方法：我院在2012年6月—2014年6月共收治960例脑中风后遗症患者，本次研究选取其中64例患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组使用西药进行治疗，治疗组使用补阳还五汤与针灸进行治疗，两组患者均进行4周的治疗，观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为30例（93.75%），对照组治疗总有效率为23（71.87%），治疗组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组之间的差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05），而且治疗组患者并未出现不良反应。结论：使用补阳还五汤配合针灸，在治疗脑中风后遗症患者中，治疗效果优异，无不良反应，适合进行临床推广。
목적：관찰보양환오탕배합침구재치료뇌중풍후유증중적치료효과。방법：아원재2012년6월—2014년6월공수치960례뇌중풍후유증환자，본차연구선취기중64례환자작위연구대상，장환자수궤분위치료조여대조조，대조조사용서약진행치료，치료조사용보양환오탕여침구진행치료，량조환자균진행4주적치료，관찰환자적림상치료효과。결과：치료조치료총유효솔위30례（93.75%），대조조치료총유효솔위23（71.87%），치료조환자적치료효과명현우우대조조，량조지간적차이존재통계학의의（P＜0.05），이차치료조환자병미출현불량반응。결론：사용보양환오탕배합침구，재치료뇌중풍후유증환자중，치료효과우이，무불량반응，괄합진행림상추엄。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae. Methods: 960 cases of patients with stroke sequela in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, patients in the control group were treated with western medicine , while patients in the treatment group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture. Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks and the clinical therapeutic effects were observed. Results:The total effective number of the treatment group was 30 cases (93.75%), 23 cases (71.87%) in the control group, the curative effect of the treatment group patients was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05), without adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has excellent treatment effect on patients with stroke sequela without adverse reactions which is suitable for clinical promotion.
