目的：探究鼻内镜下低温等离子治疗变应性鼻炎的效果以及临床价值。方法在2012年2月～2014年2月收治的变应性鼻炎患者中，随机选取30例。对其施以鼻内镜下低温等离子手术，观察30例患者的治疗效果、术后临床症状、体征改善状况，并进行相应的评分。结果30例患者接受治疗后，治疗的总有效率为96.66%，治疗前后体征具有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论针对变应性鼻炎患者施以鼻内镜下低温等离子治疗，可以减少患者的治疗痛苦，并且有着明显的治疗效果，不良反应的发生率较低。
목적：탐구비내경하저온등리자치료변응성비염적효과이급림상개치。방법재2012년2월～2014년2월수치적변응성비염환자중，수궤선취30례。대기시이비내경하저온등리자수술，관찰30례환자적치료효과、술후림상증상、체정개선상황，병진행상응적평분。결과30례환자접수치료후，치료적총유효솔위96.66%，치료전후체정구유명현차이（P<0.05）。결론침대변응성비염환자시이비내경하저온등리자치료，가이감소환자적치료통고，병차유착명현적치료효과，불량반응적발생솔교저。
Objective To explore the ef ect and clinical value of the treatment of al ergic rhinitis with low temperature plasma under the nasal endoscopy. Methods Randomly selected 30 cases of patients with al ergic rhinitis in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014.Imposed the low temperature plasma endoscopic surgery, observed these treatment ef ect,postoperative clinical symptoms and signs of improvement,therapeutic ef ect,the condition of postoperative clinical symptoms and signs improved,the corresponding score,and scored accordingly. Results The total ef ective rate after the treatment of the 30 cases of patients was 96.66%. The signs before and after treatment had obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of al ergic rhinitis with low temperature plasma under the nasal endoscopy should be recommended to clinical application,for reducing the treatment of patients with pain,obvious therapeutic ef ect,and the lower incidence of adverse reactions.
