目的：研究中医治疗妇科外阴瘙痒的临床效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院接收的外阴瘙痒37例患者，按照不同治疗方法分为研究组与对照组。给予对照组17例西医治疗，给予研究组20例中医治疗。观察研究组与对照组的治疗效果，并对比疗效。结果与对照组相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中医治疗妇科外阴瘙痒的临床效果较好，龙胆泻肝汤内服及外治可有效改善症状。
목적：연구중의치료부과외음소양적림상효과。방법수집2013년8월～2014년8월아원접수적외음소양37례환자，안조불동치료방법분위연구조여대조조。급여대조조17례서의치료，급여연구조20례중의치료。관찰연구조여대조조적치료효과，병대비료효。결과여대조조상비，연구조치료유효솔교고，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론중의치료부과외음소양적림상효과교호，룡담사간탕내복급외치가유효개선증상。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in gynecological pruritus vulvae. Methods 37 patients with gynecological pruritus vulvae were col ected from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital,and were divided into control group and study group according to dif erent treatment methods. 17 patients in the control group were given western medicine treatment,while,20 patients in the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment. And then observed and compared the treatment ef icacy of the two groups. Results The study group had higher treatment ef iciency compared with control group,and with significant dif erence between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment has better ef iciency in treatment of gynecological pruritus,besides,the internal and external application of Longdan Xiegan decoction is conducive to relieving il ness symptoms,and worthy to be clinical y promoted and applied.
