目的：研究精神病住院患者节假日期间实施心理护理的效果。方法：收治精神病住院患者40例，调查患者节假日心理特点，并对其实施心理护理。结果：40例患者中，想念亲人、想家所占比例最高。综合考虑患者的具体特点，制定对应的心理护理，对于平复患者的不良心理效果显著。结论：精神病住院患者节假日期间接受心理护理，有利于保持患者心情平静，防止意外发生。

Objective:To study implementing psychological nursing effect of psychiatric inpatients during the holidays.Methods:40 psychiatric inpatients were selected.The psychological characteristics of patients during the holidays were investigated,and the patients were implemented psychological nursing.Results:In psychology of 40 patients,missing relatives and missing home accounted for highest proportion.The patient's specific characteristics were given comprehensive consideration,the corresponding psychological nursings were formulated,it had significant effect on calming adverse psychological of patients.Conclusion:The psychiatric inpatients during the holidays receive psychological nursing.It helps to keep the patients mood calm and prevents accidents.
