目的:探究脊柱结核患者采用健康教育路径护理的方法和效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年9月收治的33例脊柱结核患者进行护理,随机分组,实验组18例患者采用健康教育路径护理,对照组15例患者选择常规护理,对比其护理效果和对健康知识掌握的程度。结果实验组患者护理的总有效率为94.44%,对照组患者护理的总有效率为80.0%。两组患者的护理效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱结核患者接受健康教育路径的健康知识讲解,可减少漏项,为其提供科学、高效、实用、具体的方法,并促使健康意识的提高,形成康复行为,提高教育效果和护理满意度。

목적:탐구척주결핵환자채용건강교육로경호리적방법화효과。방법선취2013년6월~2014년9월수치적33례척주결핵환자진행호리,수궤분조,실험조18례환자채용건강교육로경호리,대조조15례환자선택상규호리,대비기호리효과화대건강지식장악적정도。결과실험조환자호리적총유효솔위94.44%,대조조환자호리적총유효솔위80.0%。량조환자적호리효과차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론척주결핵환자접수건강교육로경적건강지식강해,가감소루항,위기제공과학、고효、실용、구체적방법,병촉사건강의식적제고,형성강복행위,제고교육효과화호리만의도。
Objective Health education care approach and its effect to patients with spinal tuberculosis are to be investigated. Methods Chose 33 patients with spinal tuberculosis who were treated in hospital from June 2013 to September 2014 and separated them into two groups at random. 18 patients in study group were given health education care,while 15 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then observe and compare treatment efficacy and patients’mastery of health knowledge between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was up to 94.44%; while treatment efficacy in control group was up to 80.0%; there was a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Teach spinal tuberculosis patients with health education is conducive to prevent from misdiagnosis and provide patients with scientific,efficiency,practical and concrete treatment method,which is important to improve their health awareness and recovery,and it is also of importance to increase education effect as wel as patients’satisfaction with treatment.
