目的：深入研究健康教育在慢性胃炎患者护理中的应用，并对其效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取于2013年11月～2014年8月期间在我院接受治疗的48例慢性胃炎患者，根据护理措施的不同随机分为两组，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上联合健康教育护理。结果观察组患者对慢性胃炎疾病知识的知晓率以及总满意度高于对照组，两组的对照差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论对慢性胃炎患者采取健康教育有利于加强患者对自身疾病的了解程度，能够有效提高患者慢性胃炎的临床治疗效果。

목적：심입연구건강교육재만성위염환자호리중적응용，병대기효과진행분석화탐토。방법선취우2013년11월～2014년8월기간재아원접수치료적48례만성위염환자，근거호리조시적불동수궤분위량조，대조조환자채용상규호리，관찰조환자재상규호리적기출상연합건강교육호리。결과관찰조환자대만성위염질병지식적지효솔이급총만의도고우대조조，량조적대조차이구유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론대만성위염환자채취건강교육유리우가강환자대자신질병적료해정도，능구유효제고환자만성위염적림상치료효과。
Objective To study application of health education in treatment of patients with chronic gastritis deeply, analyze and investigate its treatment effects. Methods Chose 48 patients with chronic gastritis who were treated in hospital from November 2013 to August 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different nursing care approaches, patients in control group were given conventional nursing care, while patients in study group were given health education in addition to conventional treatment. Results Patients’awareness of chronic gastritis knowledge and treatment efficacy in study group were much higher than counterparts in control group, there was a differential between two groups in terms of patients’physical improvements and such a result had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education is conducive to improve patients’awareness of chronic gastritis knowledge, which is effective to increase clinical treatment efficacy; thus, health education is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.
