在认识2012年时效现状的基础上,从井位安排、搬迁安装、开工验收和施工作业四个方面认真分析影响塔河油田采油一厂井下作业时效因素所在。并通过推行《井下作业节点管理办法》、优化开工、优化工艺、加强联合体管理和引进新设备,极大的提升了井下作业运行效率。

Based on the recognition of current Time-dependent for Down-hole operation of No.1 Oil Production Plant, Tahe Oilfield in 2012, the reasons for influencing Time-dependent for Down-hole operation are analyzed from four perspectives – management of well position, relocation and installation, inspection before projects start and Construction Work. And in combination with the promoting ofManagement methods of Down-hole operation, optimization of projects began and technology, strengthen management of union and introduction of the new equipment, the efficiency of Down-hole operation was greatly enhanced.
