传统气力输送系统设计通常依靠人工计算实现,设计内容主要是确定各管段管径及阻力损失。随着气力输送装备日趋多样化、大型化以及系统复杂性增加,各管段管径、阻力计算过程繁琐重复,计算量大且容易出错,传统的人工设计方法已无法满足现代设计要求。本研究把计算机数据处理软件MATLAB和EXCEL应用到设计中,为高效准确地设计气力输送系统提供了一种简单可靠的计算机辅助设计方法。
傳統氣力輸送繫統設計通常依靠人工計算實現,設計內容主要是確定各管段管徑及阻力損失。隨著氣力輸送裝備日趨多樣化、大型化以及繫統複雜性增加,各管段管徑、阻力計算過程繁瑣重複,計算量大且容易齣錯,傳統的人工設計方法已無法滿足現代設計要求。本研究把計算機數據處理軟件MATLAB和EXCEL應用到設計中,為高效準確地設計氣力輸送繫統提供瞭一種簡單可靠的計算機輔助設計方法。
전통기력수송계통설계통상의고인공계산실현,설계내용주요시학정각관단관경급조력손실。수착기력수송장비일추다양화、대형화이급계통복잡성증가,각관단관경、조력계산과정번쇄중복,계산량대차용역출착,전통적인공설계방법이무법만족현대설계요구。본연구파계산궤수거처리연건MATLAB화EXCEL응용도설계중,위고효준학지설계기력수송계통제공료일충간단가고적계산궤보조설계방법。
The design of a traditional pneumatic conveying system is mainly accomplished through manual calculation. The main content of design is to determine the diameter and resistance loss of each pipe section. With increasing diversity and large size of pneumatic conveying equipment and increasing complexity of systems,the calculation of the diameter and re-sistance loss of each pipe section is becoming tedious and repititive,with mistakes occuring easily due to large calculation amount,which makes traditional design methods unable to meet the requirements. In this study,the computer data process-ing software MATLAB and EXCEL is used in the design,which provides a simple and reliable computer aided design method for efficiently and accurately designing a pneumatic conveying system.
