Baihu Decoction%Decoction%Boiled powder%Anti-inflammatory
目的:比较白虎汤汤剂与煮散剂的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,观察白虎汤汤剂和煮散剂对急性炎症的作用,以耳肿胀度和肿胀抑制率为指标对比抗炎作用。结果:与生理盐水组比,汤剂组、煮散剂低剂量组、煮散剂中剂量组和地塞米松组均能明显降低小鼠耳肿胀程度(P<0.05);汤剂组与煮散剂低剂量组、煮散剂中剂量组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。耳肿胀抑制率,汤剂组<煮散剂低剂量组<煮散剂中剂量组<地塞米松组。结论:白虎汤汤剂、煮散剂、地塞米松均具有明显的抗炎作用,但白虎汤汤剂与煮散剂抗炎作用无差别。

목적:비교백호탕탕제여자산제적항염작용。방법:채용이갑분치소서이곽종창실험,관찰백호탕탕제화자산제대급성염증적작용,이이종창도화종창억제솔위지표대비항염작용。결과:여생리염수조비,탕제조、자산제저제량조、자산제중제량조화지새미송조균능명현강저소서이종창정도(P<0.05);탕제조여자산제저제량조、자산제중제량조비교,차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。이종창억제솔,탕제조<자산제저제량조<자산제중제량조<지새미송조。결론:백호탕탕제、자산제、지새미송균구유명현적항염작용,단백호탕탕제여자산제항염작용무차별。
Objective:To compare the anti-inflammatory effects of Baihu Decoction with Boiled Powder.Method:For the sake of observing the effects of Baihu Decoction and Boiled Powder on acute inflammation,the experiment of mice ear swelling induced by Xylene was conducted.Ear swelling and swelling inhibition rate indicators were used to compare anti-inflammatory effect.Result:Decoction group,low and middle dose of Boiled Powder groups and Dexamethasone group compared to the Physiological Saline group can significantly reduce swelling(P<0.05).Low and middle dose of Boiled Powder groups compared to the decoction group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).From the ear swelling inhibition rate,the Decoction group<low dose group of Boiled Powder<middle dose group of Boiled Powder<Dexamethasone group.Conclusion:Baihu Decoction,Boiled Powder,Dexamethasone have significant anti-inflammatory effect,but Baihu Decoction and Boiled Powder have the same anti-inflammatory effect.
