目的：探讨胆石症患者临床手术前后护理方法。方法选取临床2012年3月～2014年3月收治的胆石症患者30例临床护理方法资料进行分析。结果所有胆石症患者对临床治疗及护理工作效果满意，均痊愈出院。结论术后需密切注意症状的观察及护理和 T 形管护理及并发症的护理工作，使患者早日恢复。

목적：탐토담석증환자림상수술전후호리방법。방법선취림상2012년3월～2014년3월수치적담석증환자30례림상호리방법자료진행분석。결과소유담석증환자대림상치료급호리공작효과만의，균전유출원。결론술후수밀절주의증상적관찰급호리화 T 형관호리급병발증적호리공작，사환자조일회복。
Objective To discuss the clinical nursing method before and after the operation with cholelithiasis. Methods To analysis the 30 patients’cases in cholelith disease which were chosen from March 2012 to March 2014. Results Al the patients were cured and satisfactory with the clinic work and treatment. Conclusion To pay the close attention on observation and nursing of symptoms,T tube nursing and the nursing of the complications in order to make the patients recover soon.
