目的：寻找冰冻切片包埋剂（ OCT）的替代品，并验证其实用性及可行性。方法：冰冻切片制作工作中，采用普通胶水代替OCT包埋剂对组织进行包埋固定，比较普通胶水与OCT包埋剂的制片效果。结果：采用普通胶水包埋固定后制作冰冻切片与OCT包埋剂无差异，符合病理诊断要求。结论：术中冰冻切片诊断是一项要求极高的快速诊断项目，需要以高质量冰冻切片作为保障。长期以来，包埋剂多采用OCT包埋剂，但其价格相对昂贵，现采用普通胶水作为替代品，具有较高性价比，可在日常冰冻切片工作中采用。
목적：심조빙동절편포매제（ OCT）적체대품，병험증기실용성급가행성。방법：빙동절편제작공작중，채용보통효수대체OCT포매제대조직진행포매고정，비교보통효수여OCT포매제적제편효과。결과：채용보통효수포매고정후제작빙동절편여OCT포매제무차이，부합병리진단요구。결론：술중빙동절편진단시일항요구겁고적쾌속진단항목，수요이고질량빙동절편작위보장。장기이래，포매제다채용OCT포매제，단기개격상대앙귀，현채용보통효수작위체대품，구유교고성개비，가재일상빙동절편공작중채용。
Objective:search for the subtitute of frozen section OCT embedding medium,and verify its practicability and feasibility. Methods:In the process of making frozen section,using common glue to substitute OCT embedding medium to embed and fixed organization. The effect of frozen section was compared between ordinary glue and OCT embedding medium. Results:There is no difference between common glue and OCT embedding medium to embed and fix frozen section,conform to the re-quirements of the pathological diagnosis. Conclusion:Intraoperative frozen section diagnosis is a very demanding rapid diagnos-tic programs,need high quality frozen section as guarantee. For a long time,the embedding medium is OCT embedding medi-um,but its price is relatively expensive,we use ordinary glue as an alternative,has a very high cost performance,can be used in the daily frozen section.
