目的：分析清热解毒、凉血化瘀治疗温病湿热证的试验研究，并从多个角度分析温病湿热证。方法：选取2012年2月-2014年1月我院收治的温病湿热证患者100例，依据随机原则分为治疗组与对照组各50例，比较两组中的治疗温病湿热证的疗效及患者恢复情况。结果：通过比较治疗组和对照组相关数据及临床疗效，得出对照组ET、TNF、IL-1含量明显低于治疗组以及治疗组总有效率94%高于对照组总有效率70%。结论：通过给患者采用清热解毒、凉血化瘀进行治疗，能有效提高药物的疗效并最大程度减短患者病期，应当重视其临床治疗的实验研究。
목적：분석청열해독、량혈화어치료온병습열증적시험연구，병종다개각도분석온병습열증。방법：선취2012년2월-2014년1월아원수치적온병습열증환자100례，의거수궤원칙분위치료조여대조조각50례，비교량조중적치료온병습열증적료효급환자회복정황。결과：통과비교치료조화대조조상관수거급림상료효，득출대조조ET、TNF、IL-1함량명현저우치료조이급치료조총유효솔94%고우대조조총유효솔70%。결론：통과급환자채용청열해독、량혈화어진행치료，능유효제고약물적료효병최대정도감단환자병기，응당중시기림상치료적실험연구。
Objective:To test and analysis of heat clearing and detoxicating, cooling blood to remove blood stasis in treating damp heat syndrome of damp heat syndrome, and analysis from several angles. Methods:100 patients with damp heat syndrome from 2012 February-2014 year in January in our hospital patients, according to the principle of random divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group, and the curative effect were compared between the two groups in the treatment of damp heat recovery.
