目的：对艾滋病患者真空采血的护理干预措施进行分析探讨。方法：2010年9月-2014年9月收治艾滋病患者149例，进行真空采血，并采取相应的护理干预措施，总结采血效果。结果：一次性成功94.63%(141/149)，无一例出现感染或护士被针刺伤。结论：真空采血操作简便、准确、快捷，可以减少患者的痛苦，结合相应护理干预措施能够提高一次性采血成功率，值得临床推广借鉴。
목적：대애자병환자진공채혈적호리간예조시진행분석탐토。방법：2010년9월-2014년9월수치애자병환자149례，진행진공채혈，병채취상응적호리간예조시，총결채혈효과。결과：일차성성공94.63%(141/149)，무일례출현감염혹호사피침자상。결론：진공채혈조작간편、준학、쾌첩，가이감소환자적통고，결합상응호리간예조시능구제고일차성채혈성공솔，치득림상추엄차감。
Objective:To explore the nursing intervention measures of vacuum blood collection in AIDS patients.Methods:149 AIDS patients were selected from September 2010 to September 2014.They were given the vacuum blood sampling,and given the corresponding nursing intervention measures.We summarized the blood effect.Results:94.63%(141/149) was one-time success, and there was no infection or nurses stabbed by the needle.Conclusion:Vacuum blood sampling operation was simple,accurate,fast. It can reduce the pain of patients.Combined with the corresponding nursing intervention measures can improve the one-time success rate of blood sampling,and it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
