目的：研究加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法搜集本院泌尿科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的43例糖尿病肾病患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加用加味补阳还五汤药物，对比两组治疗效果。结果两组比较，研究组患者的治疗好转率高于对照组，治疗后两组 TG、胆固醇、HDL-C 值、24 h 蛋白尿和尿微量蛋白较治疗前均有所改善，并且观察组 TG、胆固醇、HDL-C 值、24 h 蛋白尿和尿微量蛋白变化优于参照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效显著，可以改善患者的病情，延缓病情的进一步恶化。
목적：연구가미보양환오탕치료당뇨병신병적료효。방법수집본원비뇨과2014년1월～2015년1월수치적43례당뇨병신병환자，수궤분위량조，대조조급여상규치료，연구조재대조조적기출상가용가미보양환오탕약물，대비량조치료효과。결과량조비교，연구조환자적치료호전솔고우대조조，치료후량조 TG、담고순、HDL-C 치、24 h 단백뇨화뇨미량단백교치료전균유소개선，병차관찰조 TG、담고순、HDL-C 치、24 h 단백뇨화뇨미량단백변화우우삼조조，차이구유통계학의의，P<0.05。결론가미보양환오탕치료당뇨병신병적료효현저，가이개선환자적병정，연완병정적진일보악화。
Objective Effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy is to be studied. Methods Chose 43 patients of diabetic nephropathy who were treated in urology department of hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups at random, patients in control group were given conventional treatment,while patients in study group were given modified Buyang Huanwu decoction treatment in addition to conventional treatment and then made a comparative study on treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’treatment improvement rate in study group was much higher than that in control group. And in addition,there were improvements with regarding to patients’ TG and HDL-C values,their 24 h proteinuria and microalbuminuria values after treatment,and these improvements in study group were much more favorable than those of patients in control group,there was a great differential between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction is of efficiency in treatment of diabetic nephropathy,it is conducive to preventing patients’il ness degeneration.
