目的：观察优质护理在冠心病患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年10月我院接收的冠心病40例患者，根据不同护理方法分为两组。实验组共20例，护理方法为优质护理；对照组共20例，护理方法为常规护理。观察实验组与对照组的护理效果，并比较。结果实验组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论优质护理在冠心病患者临床护理中具有显著效果。
목적：관찰우질호리재관심병환자림상호리중적응용개치。방법수집2013년8월～2014년10월아원접수적관심병40례환자，근거불동호리방법분위량조。실험조공20례，호리방법위우질호리；대조조공20례，호리방법위상규호리。관찰실험조여대조조적호리효과，병비교。결과실험조호리만의도고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론우질호리재관심병환자림상호리중구유현저효과。
Objective Application value of high quality nursing in clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease is to be discussed. Methods Chose 40 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from August 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to differential nursing approaches. 20 patients in study group were given high quality nursing,while 20 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results The rate of satisfaction with treatment in study group was much higher than that in control group,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing is of efficacy and of application value in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.
