目的:评价血塞通(三七总皂苷,NPS)对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血清血管内皮生长因子受体(VEGFR)表达的影响。方法:纳入发病72 h内入院的急性脑梗死患者,分为NPS组和曲克芦丁组,以年龄、性别与急性脑梗死患者匹配的健康正常人作为对照组。对ACI患者于发病后3、7和14 d 3个时间点采血,采用ELISA法测定血清VEGF和VEGFR的含量。结果:ACI患者的血清VEGF和VEGFR水平在3个时间点均持续升高,至病程第7天均达到高峰,以后下降,但至14 d仍维持较高水平;NPS组与曲克芦丁组和正常对照组比较,可使VEGF和VEGFR表达明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:NPS在各时间点均显著增加脑梗死后血清VEGF和VEGFR的含量,且能使其维持在一个较高的水平,推测这可能是NPS治疗急性脑梗死的分子机制之一。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of Xue Sai Tong(panax notoginseng saponins,NPS) on the serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and serum vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEGFR) expression of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:The patients with acute cerebral infarction within 72 hours of onset were admitted.They were divided into the NPS group and the troxerutin group,the healthy normal people matched with patients with acute cerebral infarction at the age and gender as the control group.ACI patients were given blood collection at three time points,such as 3,7 and 14 days after onset.The serum VEGF and VEGFR contents were measured by ELISA method.Results:The serum VEGF and VEGFR levels of ACI patients continued to rise at three time points,reached the peak at 7 days, then decreased,but still maintained a high level at 14 days.The NPS group and the troxerutin group were compared with the normal control group,it could make the VEGF and VEGFR expression increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:NPS at each time point are significantly increased the serum VEGF and VEGFR contents after cerebral infarction,and can make it remain at a high level,it speculats that this may be one of the molecular mechanism of NPS in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
