根据高职改革的总体趋势，通过调研，对高职生物分离与纯化技术课程改革进行探索。生物分离与纯化技术应该结合周边的制药和食品企业，以生物提取岗位所需要的职业能力为目标，对课程内容进行整合，改革教学手段和教学方法，提高教学质量。

According to the general trend of higher vocational reform,the authors made an exploration on the biological separation and purification technologies reform through a survey.The Bio-separation and purification technology should be combined with the surrounding pharmaceutical and food companies,with the target of professional ability required by the bi-ological position,integrate the content of the curriculum,reform teaching methods to improve teaching quality.
