目的：探讨中西医结合在急慢性咽炎治疗中的应用价值。方法：选择自2010年9月—2013年9月我院收治的急慢性咽炎患者100例，通过随机分组方式，获得实验组和对照组各50例，对照组给予西药治疗，实验组采用中西医结合的方案，观察两组疗效。结果：总有效率方面，实验组和对照组的平均有效率分别为94%和66%，急性和慢性病患的治疗效果方面，无效率比较低，实验组均优于对照组，两组在这个方面比较显示，存在差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗方案，西药和中药的联合作用效果明显，安全性方面也表现良好，值得推广。
목적：탐토중서의결합재급만성인염치료중적응용개치。방법：선택자2010년9월—2013년9월아원수치적급만성인염환자100례，통과수궤분조방식，획득실험조화대조조각50례，대조조급여서약치료，실험조채용중서의결합적방안，관찰량조료효。결과：총유효솔방면，실험조화대조조적평균유효솔분별위94%화66%，급성화만성병환적치료효과방면，무효솔비교저，실험조균우우대조조，량조재저개방면비교현시，존재차이통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：중서의결합치료방안，서약화중약적연합작용효과명현，안전성방면야표현량호，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the application value of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis. Methods: 100 patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis from September 2010 to September 2013 in our hospital, by randomized way to get the experimental group and the control group, 50 patients in the control group were given medicine treatment, while patients in the experimental group were treated with integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results:For The total effective rate, the average effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were respectively 94%and 66%, for the treatment effect in patients with acute and chronic diseases, the inefficiency was pretty low. relatively low efficiency in the experimental group than the control group, two groups this aspect of the comparison showed that there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:integrated Chinese and Western Medicine has obvious curative effect with performed safety,which is worthy of promotion.
