目的:探析冠心病患者的心理护理方法及其效果。方法搜集2013年8月~2014年10月我院接收的冠心病39例患者,根据护理方法不同分为两组,其中实验组共21例,护理方法为心理护理;对照组共18例,护理方法为常规护理。观察实验组与对照组护理效果,比较分析。结果实验组护理有效率和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对冠心病患者的应用效果较好。

목적:탐석관심병환자적심리호리방법급기효과。방법수집2013년8월~2014년10월아원접수적관심병39례환자,근거호리방법불동분위량조,기중실험조공21례,호리방법위심리호리;대조조공18례,호리방법위상규호리。관찰실험조여대조조호리효과,비교분석。결과실험조호리유효솔화호리만의도균고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론심리호리대관심병환자적응용효과교호。
Objective The psychological attendance approach and its efficacy in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease are to be investigated.Methods Chose 39 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into two groups according to differential attendance approaches. 21 patients in study group were given psychological attendance, while 18 patients in control group were given conventional attendance. And then observed and compared attendance effect of these two groups. Results Attendance efficacy as well as patients’satisfaction rate in study group were higher than those in control group; there was a differential between two groups, and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological attendance is of efficiency in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.
