This article explains the basic connotation of hospital system construction,makeing clear the system construction has an important role in the development and construction of the affiliated hospital of university,through the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of the present stage of hospital system,trying to put the hospital's institutional strengthening basic strategy,explained the main points of the hospital system construction from concept,level,links,etc.,in order to provide a reference for the construction of the hospital system.
