煤炭开采后由于发生沉陷、积水,导致原来的陆生环境逐渐演变为水生环境,沉陷前的土壤转变为沉陷后水体的底泥,土壤中的污染物也随之发生迁移、转换。掌握淹水前土壤中氮元素的含量值与分布特征,对预防和调控塌陷水域水体富营养化及进一步研究营养元素的迁移转化规律具有指导意义。以潘三矿塌陷区为研究对象,利用化学提取方法,对塌陷区土壤中氮形态进行分析测定,在此基础上,开展各形态氮的分布特征、相关关系及生物有效性分析。结果表明,潘三塌陷区土壤TN含量在299.45~1326.12 mg/kg之间,平均值为833.50 mg/kg,主要成分为ON,二者表现出了显著相关性;生物有效性氮含量占TN的质量分数为0.52%~5.32%,其中NO3--N含量平均占生物有效性氮质量分数的51.06%,NH4+-N含量平均占47.99%,二者均与ON表现出显著相关性。

The original terrestrial environment gradually evolved into the aquatic environment because of the sub -sidence and water retention due to coal mining ,the subsided soil turned into sediments ,while the contaminants had been changed with migration and transformation .It has a guiding significance to prevent and control the col-lapse waters eutrophication and migration of further research on the transformation of nutrient elements that to know the content and distribution of nitrogen in the soil .The distribution and bioavailability of nitrogen in the soils of NO.3 Panji subsided area were analyzed by chemical extraction method ,then the studies on spatial distribu-tion,correlation and bioavailability of nitrogen species were made according to the analyzed data .The results indi-cated that total nitrogen (TN) content in the soil varied from 299.45 mg/kg to 1 326.12 mg/kg,and the average content was 833.50 mg/kg.There are significant correlation coefficients between organic nitrogen ( ON) and total nitrogen (TN),while TN is composed mainly of ON .And bioavailable nitrogen ,which is composed by 51.06%ni-trate nitrogen(NO3--N)and 47.99%ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N),is accounting from 0.52%to 5.32%of TN.
