为了研究复合材料的形貌、结构、热稳定性及纳米粒子与基体P( AAEM-St)聚合物之间的相互作用。在不使用还原剂及乳化剂的条件下,超声辐射引发乳液聚合制备纳米钯镓/乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯-苯乙烯共聚物[ Pd-Ga/P(AAEM-St)]复合材料。并采用XRD、FTIR、TEM、XPS和TG等分析方法对其进行表征。结果表明:在P( AAEM-St)基体中既存在合金Ga5 Pd,又存在纳米钯和纳米镓粒子;镓失去部分电子,一部分流向钯生成合金Ga5 Pd,一部分与聚合物基体产生相互作用;纳米钯、镓和钯镓合金粒子的存在对基体P ( AAEM-St )的热学性能有一定影响。

Nano Pd-GaP/oly (acetoacetoxyethylmethacrylate -styrene)[P(AAEM-St)] composites were pre-pared by ultrasonic without addition of reducer and emulsifier .The morphology , structure , thermal stability and the interaction between nanoiron and P ( MMA-St) matrix of the composites were investigated .The composites was characterized by means of XRD , FTIR, TEM, XPS and TG.The results showed that not only nano Pd -Ga alloy, but also nano Pd and Ga were formed in P ( AAEM-St) matrix;Gallium lost some electrons , part of elec-trons shifted from Gallium to Palladium , and the other part interacted with polymer matrix;the presence of nano Pd, Ga, Pd-Ga alloy has influence on the thermal properties of P ( AAEM-St) matrix.
