目的：探讨护理在行床旁血液滤过的急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)患者治疗作用。方法：将60例SAP患者随机分为两组，实验组30例急性重症胰腺炎病人进行综合护理，包括行床旁连续性血液滤过治疗，并且对血透置管的护理、病情观察、心理护理、置换液的管理、并发症的预防等加强；对照组30例行常规处理。最后，对采用不同护理方法的两组患者进行对比分析。结果：实验组22例好转，5例痊愈，3例死亡。对照组21例好转，3例痊愈，6例死亡。就两组患者病死率作比较，实验组病死率(10%)明显低于对照组(20%)，差异显著（P﹤0.05）。结论：对于急性重症胰腺炎患者来说，加强对行床旁血液滤过的重症胰腺炎患者的护理对其的康复起到很大的帮助作用。
목적：탐토호리재행상방혈액려과적급성중증이선염(SAP)환자치료작용。방법：장60례SAP환자수궤분위량조，실험조30례급성중증이선염병인진행종합호리，포괄행상방련속성혈액려과치료，병차대혈투치관적호리、병정관찰、심리호리、치환액적관리、병발증적예방등가강；대조조30례행상규처리。최후，대채용불동호리방법적량조환자진행대비분석。결과：실험조22례호전，5례전유，3례사망。대조조21례호전，3례전유，6례사망。취량조환자병사솔작비교，실험조병사솔(10%)명현저우대조조(20%)，차이현저（P﹤0.05）。결론：대우급성중증이선염환자래설，가강대행상방혈액려과적중증이선염환자적호리대기적강복기도흔대적방조작용。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of bedside hemo-filtration on patients with severe acute pancreatitis ( SAP). Methods:60 cases with SAP were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in Group A were treated as an experimental group by bedside hemo-filtration and hemodialysis catheter nursing, clinical observation, psychological nursing, replacement fluid management and complications prevention were improved for this group;30 cases in Group B were treated with routine nursing as the control group. The two groups treated with different nursing methods were compared. Results:In Group A, 22 cases were improved, 5 cases cured and 3 cases dead;in Group B, 21 cases were improved, 3 cases cured and 6 cases dead. Compared with the mortality of the two groups, the mortality of the experimental group (10%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (20%) with significant difference(P﹤0.05). Conclusion:For patients with SAP, the improvement of bedside hemo-filtration nursing has positive effect on the recovery.
