目的：研究分析中医治疗慢性乙肝的临床效果，并总结治疗体会。方法：随机选取2012年3月—2013年12月，我院接收诊治的52例慢性乙肝患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据用药的不同，将患者平均分为治疗组和对照组，每组26例。对照组给予临床常规西医治疗，即拉米夫定+护肝宁+甘利欣；治疗组则采用中医进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果：对比显示，治疗组采用中医治疗后，患者的临床症状明显改善，其中显效8例，有效15例，无效3例，总有效率88.5%，较对照组显效4例，有效12例，无效10例，总有效率61.5%，具有显著优势，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论：中医治疗可以有效改善患者的病情，促进患者的康复，且安全性较好，值得临床推广。

목적：연구분석중의치료만성을간적림상효과，병총결치료체회。방법：수궤선취2012년3월—2013년12월，아원접수진치적52례만성을간환자，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。근거용약적불동，장환자평균분위치료조화대조조，매조26례。대조조급여림상상규서의치료，즉랍미부정+호간저+감리흔；치료조칙채용중의진행치료，대비량조환자적림상효과。결과：대비현시，치료조채용중의치료후，환자적림상증상명현개선，기중현효8례，유효15례，무효3례，총유효솔88.5%，교대조조현효4례，유효12례，무효10례，총유효솔61.5%，구유현저우세，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05)。결론：중의치료가이유효개선환자적병정，촉진환자적강복，차안전성교호，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Chinese Medicine on chronic hepatitis B and summarize the treatment experience. Methods:52 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly selected from March, 2012 to December, 2013 in our hospital and the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. According to the different meditation, the patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group, 26 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given clinical routine treatment of Western medicine, namely lamivudine+Huganning+diammonium glycyrrhizinate;while patients in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine treatment, clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results:The clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly after treated with TCM, there were 8 markedly effective cases, 15 effective cases, 3 invalid cases, and the total effective rate was 88.5%,compared with the control group, 4 markedly effective cases, 12 effective cases, 10 invalid cases, and the total effective rate was 61.5%with a significant difference which has statistics significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine can effectively improve the patient's condition, promote the rehabilitation of patients with good safety, which is, worthy of clinical application.
