在柔性自动检测生产线的行车机械手中使用M415B步进驱动器，来驱动滚珠丝杠旋转带动气动手爪上下移动，取得了低振动、小噪声、高精度、高速度的效果；使用该生产线组织教学，增强了学生使用、设置、安装、调试及维修步进驱动器的专业技能，培养学生形成良好的职业素养。

Using M415B stepper driver in flexible automatic testing production line to drive the ball screw to move up and down with the air gripper,has made some effect of a low vibration,low noise,high precision and high speed;Using this production line to organize the college teaching can enhance students’professional skills on use,setting,installation,debug-ging and repairing the stepper driver,which also can train the student to form the good occupational accomplishment.
