目的：探讨霍乱并发急性肾功衰的治疗及护理措施。方法对患者采取补液、抗感染、血液透析、消毒隔离、口腔护理、饮食护理及并发症的对症处理和相应的护理。结果经过20天的精心治疗和护理，患者痊愈出院。结论正确地救治、护理、消毒隔离能控制传染源，切断传播途径，可提高治愈率，降低死亡率。
목적：탐토곽란병발급성신공쇠적치료급호리조시。방법대환자채취보액、항감염、혈액투석、소독격리、구강호리、음식호리급병발증적대증처리화상응적호리。결과경과20천적정심치료화호리，환자전유출원。결론정학지구치、호리、소독격리능공제전염원，절단전파도경，가제고치유솔，강저사망솔。
Obj ective:To investigate the treatment and nursing measures of acute renal failure of cholera.Method:Take corresponding nursing on rehydration,anti infection,hemodialysis,disinfection and isolation,oral care,diet nursing and complications.Results:After 20 days of careful treatment and care,patients recovered and were discharged from hospital. Conclusion:The correct treatment,nursing,disinfection and isolation can cut off the route of transmission,improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality rate.
