目的：探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除钉合术治疗痔病的效果及安全性。方法：选取2013年6月—2014年10月痔病患者50例，按随机数字表法将其分成实验组25例，对照组25例，分别行选择性痔上黏膜切除钉合术、痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术，比较两组手术效果。结果：比较两组临床总有效率，差异无统计学意义（100.0% VS 96.0%，P>0.05），实验组不良反应发生率为0，低于对照组的20.0%（P<0.05）。结论：选择性痔上黏膜切除钉合术治疗痔病，疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床应用、推广。

목적：탐토선택성치상점막절제정합술치료치병적효과급안전성。방법：선취2013년6월—2014년10월치병환자50례，안수궤수자표법장기분성실험조25례，대조조25례，분별행선택성치상점막절제정합술、치상점막배형절제정합술，비교량조수술효과。결과：비교량조림상총유효솔，차이무통계학의의（100.0% VS 96.0%，P>0.05），실험조불량반응발생솔위0，저우대조조적20.0%（P<0.05）。결론：선택성치상점막절제정합술치료치병，료효학절，안전성고，치득림상응용、추엄。
Objective: To study the effect and safety of tissue-selecting therapy (TST) on hemorrhoidal diseases. Methods: 50 patients with hemorrhoids from June 2013 to October 2014 were divided into the experimental group and control group by random number table method. 25 cases in the experimental group were treated with TST,and 25 cases in the control group were treated with PPH. The surgery effect of the two groups were compared. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the clinical total effective rate of the two groups, (100.0%VS 96.0%, P>0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 0 which was lower than that of the control group (20.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating hemorrhoidal diseases with TST has definite curative effect. It is safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
