目的：重点探索 X 线应用于诊断神经性关节病的临床价值。方法挑选的符合条件的7例神经性关节病患者，这些患者均接受 X 线诊断。结果全部患者均发生在上肢，其中1例的发病部位是右腕关节，2例的发病部位是右肩关节，1例的发病部位是左肘关节，3例的发病部位是右肘关节。其中7例属于关节肿胀，5例属于畸形，7例属于增生硬化，7例属于关节间隙变窄，4例属于关节周围可见小游离骨片。结论X 线应用于诊断神经性关节病的临床价值较高。

목적：중점탐색 X 선응용우진단신경성관절병적림상개치。방법도선적부합조건적7례신경성관절병환자，저사환자균접수 X 선진단。결과전부환자균발생재상지，기중1례적발병부위시우완관절，2례적발병부위시우견관절，1례적발병부위시좌주관절，3례적발병부위시우주관절。기중7례속우관절종창，5례속우기형，7례속우증생경화，7례속우관절간극변착，4례속우관절주위가견소유리골편。결론X 선응용우진단신경성관절병적림상개치교고。
Objective To explore the value of the X-ray in diagnosis of neuropathic arthropathy. Methods Selected qualified seven cases of patients with neuropathic arthropathy, who were treated with X-ray diagnosis. Results All patients occurred in the upper limbs, one case of disease location was right wrist joint, two cases of disease site was right shoulder, one case of disease location was left elbow, three cases of disease site was right elbow. 7 cases were joint swel ing, five cases were malformations, seven cases were sclerosis, seven cases were joint space narrowing, and four cases were smal and visible pieces of bone free around joint. Conclusion The value of the X-ray in diagnosis of neuropathic arthropathy is higher and worth recommendeding.
