随着原料预处理装置的顺利开工,常压初常顶防腐工作逐步开展。针对初期含硫污水化验分析结果及现有中和缓蚀剂,分别从注剂配比浓度调整、注水量调整、注剂量标定、成膜期数据分析、增加数据监控频次等方面优化操作,使初常顶含硫污水铁离子含量及 pH值达到规定指标的目的。

As the pretreatment unit starts operation, anti-corrosion work are carried out gradualy on primary and atmospheric overhead system of ACU. According to the analysis results of initial sulfur-containing wastewater and neutralization corrosion inhibitor, methods on optimizing operation such as adjustment to concentration ratio of injection agent and injection volume, injection dose calibration, data analysis on the film-forming period, increasing data monitoring frequency and so on to reach the requirements of iron ion content and the pH value in sulfur-containing wastewater.
