受塔河油田稠油影响,潜油电泵因其下泵深、排量大、稀稠混配好的特点是目前塔河采油二厂机械举升的主体。为提高稠油电泵管理水平,依据管理关键流程制定配套设计、施工作业、启泵调试、生产管理、故障诊断、检泵原因查找、系统改进及方案再优化设计8个节点形成闭环控制。做到事前充分准备、事中严格控制、事后总结改进,使电泵管理精细化。

The electric submersible pump with the features of deep pumping, large displacement, and mixture capability of thin and heavy oil, has dominated mechanical lifting in Oil Production Plant 2 of Tahe Oilfield. In order to improve the management levels of heavy oil pump, eight key processes that consist of establishing ancillary design, construction, pump debugging, production management, fault diagnosis, the pump inspection system improvement and program optimization design to form a closed-loop control, which can achieve the goals of fine management including fully preparing in advance, strictly controlling in accidents, and summarizing and improving afterwards.
