目的：探析阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年12月～2014年12月我院小儿支原体肺炎40例患儿，根据不同治疗方式分为两组，即甲组（阿奇霉素）与乙组（红霉素）各20例。观察两组效果，并分析比较。结果与乙组相比，甲组治疗有效率较高，咳嗽、发热、啰音等消失时间较短，住院天数短，不良反应较少，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中应用意义较大。

목적：탐석아기매소재소인지원체폐염치료중적응용효과。방법수집2013년12월～2014년12월아원소인지원체폐염40례환인，근거불동치료방식분위량조，즉갑조（아기매소）여을조（홍매소）각20례。관찰량조효과，병분석비교。결과여을조상비，갑조치료유효솔교고，해수、발열、라음등소실시간교단，주원천수단，불량반응교소，차이현저（P<0.05）。결론아기매소재소인지원체폐염치료중응용의의교대。
Objective Effect of Azithromycin application in treatment of children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia is to be investigated. Methods Chose 40 children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment approaches with 20 patients in group A(Azithromycin)and 20 patients in group B (Erythromycin), then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Compared to group B, patients’treatment efficacy and symptoms of cough, fever, and rales disappearring time, patients’hospitalization days and side-effect incidence were much less in group A, there was a treatment differential between two groups, and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin application is of efficacy in treatment of pediatric patients with mycoplasma pneumonia; thus, such an effective treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted clinically.
